How do I return an order?

To request a return, please open a support ticket, and under “issue type” select  "Returns."

Orders are eligible to be returned up to 30 days from the original purchase date. Once 30 days have passed, we will not be able to provide a refund or exchange.

We can only process returns for products ordered directly from If you purchased your product from a retailer, please refer to their return policy.
