If you purchased your UAG product through the UAG website, you may return it for a full refund, less the original shipping costs, within 30 days of the original purchase date.

If you would like to exchange your product and there is a price difference, UAG will either refund the difference or send an invoice for the remaining balance.

To start a return or exchange, please visit our Return Portal. 

Products purchased through Authorized Resellers must be returned through the retailer where the purchase was made.
